Welcome to St David Haigh and Aspull CE Primary School

On behalf of our whole school family, I am delighted to give you a very warm welcome to St David Haigh and Aspull Church of England Primary School website.

It is a real privilege to lead our wonderful school family as the Head of School. St David’s is a very special place, with a cherished past, an exciting future and wonderful children at its heart. Above all, we are immensely proud of our children — of who they are, what they achieve and the wonderful young people they are becoming. They are at the very heart of everything we do.

Set within beautiful surroundings and blessed with stunning views, St David’s is a place where children can learn, grow and flourish. We are proud of our 180-year history, which gives our school a wonderful sense of heritage, tradition and belonging. While we celebrate our past, we are passionate about preparing our children for the future and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to achieve their very best.

At St David’s we believe that every child matters. We are a school family where children are cherished, valued and known as individuals. We want all our pupils to feel loved, happy, confident and safe in the knowledge that there are adults around them who believe in them and want them to succeed.
